Where We Grow

Blue House Bunches was born through a love of the garden and a wish to share it's beauty. As a mother with a busy (chaotic) household, it's so important to focus on small spots of beauty in the everyday. I love to imagine the flowers from our garden bringing a touch of magic or a bright spark of joy to your home, as they do to my own.

Starting in our postage stamp sized front garden right in the heart of Koo Wee Rup, we added garden bed after garden bed (to the detriment of the lawn!) until we were able to grow enough blooms to host a flower stall at local markets. We were hooked! Sharing the love and talking flowers with other garden enthusiasts is such a treat.

Through the generosity of family we have expanded our growing space into a sizeable patch in Nyora, where we grow the majority of our roses and dahlias and are working to establish a perennial garden so we can better service larger events. If you stop by the stand, and can't spot the plant from which your flowers have come, they will have been grown here.

Each and every bloom in your bouquet had been nurtured and grown by myself and our children, cut for purpose and lovingly designed in sympathy with the seasons. This makes each and every bouquet a little piece of the garden, bringing with it the wonder and delight of a garden in bloom.
